Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Coit Cleaning and Restoration website and any services requested through it. By using our site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services We Provide

Coit Cleaning and Restoration provides emergency and scheduled property restoration services, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, fire and smoke damage restoration, and related cleaning services in the Sparks, Reno, and Northern Nevada area.

2. Service Requests and Response

Submitting a form or calling our office does not create an automatic service agreement. Response times depend on call volume, weather, road conditions, and the nature of the emergency. We strive to respond promptly, but we do not guarantee a specific arrival time.

3. Estimates and Authorization

Initial assessments may be provided verbally or in writing. Work begins only after proper authorization from the property owner, authorized representative, or insurance carrier as required. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and property information.

4. Insurance and Billing

We work with many insurance carriers and can bill directly where coverage and authorization apply. You remain responsible for any deductible, uncovered charges, or amounts denied by your insurer. Payment terms are due as stated on your invoice unless otherwise arranged.

5. Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the affected property and to disclose any known hazards. Our technicians follow industry safety protocols, including IICRC standards and applicable health regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Coit Cleaning and Restoration is not liable for pre-existing damage, conditions concealed or not disclosed, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Coit Cleaning and Restoration or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
